Thank you for your interest in participating in our auction. Below are the details about how the auction is coordinated.

The live auction will be held at our “Eat for A Cause” event at Wetmore Smokehouse & Saloon at13525 Wetmore Road (1 block north of Thousand Oaks). The auction will start on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at 8:00pm.

Half-day Guided Fishing Trip for up to three with 2-nights lodging

Join Captain Ottis Poston fishing the bays of Rockport, Texas (www.oposton.com). He supplies the fishing poles, tackle, and bait. He will even cast your pole for you so all you have to do is reel in the fish! All you need to bring are your fishing license, snacks, and your favorite beverages.

Arrive the day before your fishing trip and stay for 2 nights at the charming Pelican Bay Resort. This lush tropically landscaped setting, under a shady canopy of “big oaks”, and Aransas Bay breezes, with a lane winding through the quaint rainbow-colored cottages with porches and rockers gives you a feeling of a small village with a “Key West” ambience.

(Subject to availability. Fishing trip available Mon-Thurs and lodging available Sun-Thurs nights. Both fishing trip and lodging expire in 1 year.)
